Word Sort Rush
Privacy Policy
Effective September 11, 2026 · Version 0.0.1
Word Sort Rush is provided by Conrad McGee Stocks. This policy describes our iPhone game and its external TestFlight beta.
Data stored on your device
The game stores level progress, completed levels, attempt counts, first winning times, tutorial acknowledgements, virtual coin balance, selected boosters, and haptics preferences on your device. These records let you resume progress and retain settings. They are not sent to a game server and are not used for advertising or tracking.
The app has no account system or cross-device synchronization. Puzzles, fonts, and gameplay assets are bundled with the app, so you can play offline. The app does not include advertising or a third-party analytics service and does not request access to your contacts, location, photos, camera, or microphone.
TestFlight beta testing
Apple operates TestFlight and provides us with beta-testing information. This can include device and app versions, installation and session metrics, crash reports, and feedback you choose to send, including screenshots and comments. Depending on how you join the beta, Apple may also share your tester name and email address. We use this information to administer the beta, investigate problems, and improve the game.
Apple handles this information under its own terms and privacy policy. See TestFlight information and Apple’s privacy policy.
Support messages
If you email mcgee.stocks@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond and investigate issues. Please avoid sending sensitive information in messages or screenshots.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Apple provides beta distribution and diagnostics, and our email provider processes support messages. We limit access to what is needed to support the beta. Any service providers we use to handle personal information on our behalf must provide appropriate protection for it. We may disclose information when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Local game records remain on your device until you delete the app and its data. Offloading the app can retain data. Device backups and restores are controlled by your device and Apple settings. We cannot retrieve or restore your local save.
We keep support messages and any beta reports we export only as long as needed to respond, investigate issues, and meet applicable obligations. To request deletion of information we hold, email mcgee.stocks@gmail.com. We will delete it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.
Apple controls retention and deletion in its own services. Stopping beta participation does not automatically delete information already held by Apple or previously shared with us. Consult TestFlight and Apple’s privacy information for your options with Apple.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the game’s data practices change and revise the effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact Conrad McGee Stocks at mcgee.stocks@gmail.com.
